CULTIVATE is the culmination of my experiences in the hotel industry and a lifelong passion for travel. My father believed that seeing the world was the best form of education, and I’ve carried that philosophy with me.

Through CULTIVATE, my goal is to demonstrate that sophisticated travel is defined not just by luxury, but by a deep understanding of the layers that make up a country and its people. Each journey I design is about doing and experiencing, rather than merely seeing and witnessing. I carefully curate each day to nurture your well-being while also encouraging you to step outside your comfort zone. Your curiosity will be sparked, and new perspectives will be opened.

A core principle of my trips is female connection. I believe strongly in the importance of women supporting women, regardless of nationality, position, or language barriers. For this reason, I work almost exclusively with women guides and historians, support female-owned or managed businesses, and highlight important women—both past and present—when exploring the culture.

If you had asked me years ago about ‘group travel,’ I would have thought, “Not for me.” Yet, traveling with a small group of like-minded women has proven me wrong. Connecting with other women in authentic ways forms the foundation of true community. We have the intelligence, power, and innate ability to inspire one another and those we meet along the way.
